1911 Barber Dime, Mint State-67 (PCGS/SP)
Lightly Toned Gem

With twelve MS67s and two MS68s certified by PCGS, 1911 is one of the type dates within the Barber 10c series. However, this example stands a little higher than most MS67s. The strike is nearly full, which is typical for the issue, with luster that is frosted on the obverse and tending toward satiny on the reverse. The toning is in soft pastel shades of yellow, green, violet and amber, combining for an uncommon look. Whether for date or type, this would be an exceptional choice.
