Overton 102 - Date with first 18 wide, first 8 small, and second 8 clearly repunched over a 7. Reverse shield with second crossbar from the top well extended to the right. (Rarity 2).

One of only two certified MS-65 by PCGS with none finer, and only a single MS-64 trailing. Previously certified by NGC as MS-66 and still listed by NGC as the finest 1818/7 Small 8, followed by two coins graded NGC MS-64.
